The code only works on a new customer's first purchase. The two free months apply only to the annual subscription.

Not to sign up. In the form you tell us whether you are a private individual, a self-employed professional with a VAT number or a company; before the first payment we ask for the details we need to pay you correctly.
As long as the customer you brought in keeps paying for the subscription. If they stop and later come back, they stay linked to you and the 10% resumes.
No commission is due on a refunded payment. The Rules explain when a commission becomes final.
Yes. Commissions are paid in euros, by bank transfer.
No. And you don't see customers' data: the statement only shows numbers and amounts, with no names or email addresses.
The code is suspended immediately and future commissions stop. Commissions already properly earned remain yours, and customers who have paid do not lose their licence.
